OUR FULFILLMENT POLICY
- Refund policy: We have a 30-Day Money Bak Guarantee. So any product can be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund. These products must be returned in good condition and packaged in a way that does not damage the product. Or if contacted prior to the order shipment, any order can be cancelled for a full refund via email or phone call. Refunds will be issued back in the same method as purchased.
- Shipping or delivery policy: We try to ship all online orders within 5 days. On any order that will be shipped after 5 days, the customer will be contacted via email with the estimated shipment date. They then can accept that ETA Or request a refund.
